Get new staff - they’re a joke. We absolutely love AB and have been to Covt Gdn loads, but, 1st time here in Clapham North and...never again. Staff were clearly trying to get rid of people as it was a Sunday night but for a bar that closes at 12am considering we arrived at 19.30, pretending to ‘only read moreGet new staff - they’re a joke. We absolutely love AB and have been to Covt Gdn loads, but, 1st time here in Clapham North and...never again. Staff were clearly trying to get rid of people as it was a Sunday night but for a bar that closes at 12am considering we arrived at 19.30, pretending to ‘only take cash’, check everyone’s IDs, not even try and mask the disappointment when we crossed the road to get cash out and were clearly 20+, then go on to refuse another customer a simple glass of tap water is frankly disgusting. Drinks were gorgeous as always, but the brilliant menu unfortunately doesn’t quite make up for your appalling attitude. Take a leaf out of the staff at other Adventure Bars and sort yourselves out. You’re an embarrassment to the Adventure Bar name.
